12-month warranty

All INOV8 products purchased on inov-8.ca are covered by a 12-month warranty against defects in materials and workmanship, starting from the date of purchase.

What is covered

  • Manufacturing defects in materials or workmanship that appear under normal use, for example a sole coming unglued, a seam opening or a defective component.

What is not covered

  • Normal wear and tear, including outsole and lug wear and abrasion of the upper.
  • Damage caused by accidents, improper use, or use other than the product's intended purpose.
  • Damage caused by improper care, for example machine washing or drying near a heat source.
  • Products that have been modified or repaired by a third party.

How to make a warranty claim

  1. Contact our customer service at support@inov-8.ca or through our contact page.
  2. Include your order number, a short description of the problem and clear photos of the defect, including the size label inside the shoe.
  3. Our team will review your claim and let you know the next steps.
  4. If the defect is confirmed, we will repair or replace the product, or refund it if a replacement is not available.

Proof of purchase is required. For products purchased from an INOV8 retailer, please contact that retailer first.

This warranty does not limit your rights under applicable consumer protection laws, including the Québec Consumer Protection Act.
