Shipping policy
Shipping
- Orders are processed within 1 to 2 business days.
- Orders are shipped from our warehouse in the Greater Montréal area, Québec.
- Once shipped, most orders are delivered within 2 to 3 business days anywhere in Canada. Remote areas may take a few extra days.
- You will receive a tracking number by email when your order ships.
- Delivery is only available in Canada. PO boxes are not accepted.
- Shipping fee of $8.95 plus taxes for orders of $99.99 or less before taxes.
- FREE SHIPPING on orders of $100 or more before taxes.
Returns
- Customers can be refunded by contacting us. The returned product must be in new condition, in its original packaging with the invoice. Returned products that do not meet these conditions will be refused and no refund will be issued. Refund will be issued on the method of payment used for the original transaction and on the amount paid for the merchandise. Delivery fees are non-refundable.
- You have 14 days following the reception of merchandise to request a refund. Exchanges are not possible.
- Please allow 10 business days from the moment your package arrives at the distribution center to process your return.
- Free returns in Canada.
- Products in liquidation or final sale can’t be exchanged or refunded.
- Exchanges and refunds can’t be done in stores selling INOV8 products.
Warranty
All products are covered by a 12-month warranty against manufacturing defects. See our warranty page for details.
