Size Guide
We recommend going up half to one full size from your usual fit. For example, if you normally wear a 9, choose a 9.5 or 10. It's very important to measure your foot length in millimeters and refer to the size chart.

How to measure the width of your foot
- Make sure you've measured the length of your foot first — you'll need this to work out the correct width.
- On a hard floor, put a piece of paper against a wall.
- Stand on the paper in your socks — wear the type you'd normally wear with this shoe.
- Make sure your heel is against the wall and your weight is on your foot.
- Ask someone to trace a line around your foot, then mark the widest point on each side.
- Measure the distance between the marks using the width chart.
- Measure both feet — choose your width based on your wider foot.
It's common for feet to be different widths, so always size for your wider foot.
